At QORE LOGIQ, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
